Astronaut Plays Flute on International Space Station

Aboard the International Space Station, Expedition 26 Flight Engineer Cady Coleman took a few minutes out from her work schedule to demonstrate her musical talent on a flute she brought to the complex during an in-flight interview with National Public Radio's program "All Things Considered" on Feb. 9, 2011.

Woodbridge Flute Choir (& friends) Plays "America the Beautiful"

I play in the Woodbridge Flute Choir, and at a recent Flute Choir Festival, all the Flute Choirs joined to play "America the Beautiful." It was wonderful playing with 40-50 flautists, covering all members of the flute family (piccolo, flute, alto flute, bass flute, contrabass flute) in this arrangement. I put the music to some corresponding images. Enjoy!

Woodbridge Flute Choir Plays "Euphony"

Here is the Woodbridge Flute Choir, a group with whom I play as a substitute member, playing the song "Euphony," a commissioned piece which I will be playing in our future Master Class/Concert with John Barcellona and Spring Concert.
